Our client are looking for a Account Manager (Supplies) to join their fantastic team. You will join them on a full time, permanent basis working in Harlow, Essex or remotely based anywhere in the UK and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,011.00 base with achievable, uncapped, on target earnings averaging £15,000 p/a.

As anAccount Manager, you are:

  • A target driven, resilient sales professional with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections and overcome rejection effectively. Proven track record of turning objections into opportunities.

As their Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Making approximately 60 well-structured and prepared for, outbound sales calls a day to existing clients selling consumable products for franking meters.
  • Work with their CRM and predictive analytical tool to articulate reasoned views and recommendations.
  • Work under pressure to meet or exceed sales quotas, fostering a culture of success.
  • Manage and structure workload.
  • Keeping the sales CRM system up to date to ensure logics work effectively to maintain expected conversion rates.
  • To ask open ended questions to clients to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities.

Skills they are looking for in their Account Manager:

  • Proven track record and with a desire of achieving and exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Can work autonomously, is driven and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage time effectively without direct supervision.
  • Demonstrated resiliency and ability to handle and overcome objections when challenged; both recognising and identifying the opportunity in difficult situations.
  • Hard work ethic.
  • Well organised, reliable, and thorough.
  • Home office/desk with reliable internet service sufficient to meet the needs of the position.
