Our long-standing client, a leading provider of comprehensive retail solutions, is expanding its Customer Support team and is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Coordinator to support a Senior Account Manager with the day to day running of one of their prestigious clients

They are renowned for providing retail organisations with unparalleled solutions, from procurement to direct delivery of consumable products. With an extensive range of product categories and trusted relationships with global retail giants, they pride themselves on delivering cost and time efficiencies while prioritizing environmental sustainability.

Role Overview:

You will collaborate closely with your Account Manager to ensure our clients receive excellent service and your responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing customer queries promptly and building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Monitoring and maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating replenishment efforts.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to source items at competitive prices and within specified lead times.
  • Generating and delivering regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

The Person

  • Previous experience in customer service or purchasing roles, preferably within retail or manufacturing.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple tasks.
  • A demonstrated aptitude for building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in analytical and IT skills.

This is a great opportunity that will allow you to progress within the business and you will be dealing with clients such as Superdry, Hunkemöller, JD Sports, Hugo Boss, Harrods, Abercrombie & Fitch, Dr Martens, and Clarks.
