ACCOUNT MANAGER - SPORT

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Account Managers are the key contacts for our clients and are responsible for actively developing a portfolio of clients. This role is a combination of managing existing clients, converting inbound leads to customers and working with Marketing to grow existing accounts. Account Managers responsible for setting sales forecasts for their clients and creating strategies on how to achieve these.

This role will be targeted to grow existing accounts through actively networking our current clients and looking for further opportunities to supply all services offered by Infinity Incorporated.

Our Account Managers need to offer exceptional service, creativity, and expertise to satisfy our clients’ expectations. We need people who are excellent communicators and can build long lasting relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Most importantly, you’ll operate with integrity, be humble, open-minded, willing to learn and to suggest new ways of doing things in order to work towards shared goals and continuous improvement.

The Account Manager will need to be detailed orientated and comfortable creating and presenting KPI reports and pricing reviews, for review internally and externally.

The role will also involve building strong relationships with our supply chain and becoming a product expert in your area. As we have in house production, it will involve hands on management of projects to ensure everything runs smoothly and to your customers’ expectations.

It’s a fast-paced environment, where you’ll be managing multiple projects at once - so your strong planning, prioritisation, organisation and time management skills will be put to good use.

Principal ReSPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate and drive sales within client accounts
  • Create a sales strategy to nurture existing clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts
  • Effectively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, including cross selling other services provided by Infinity Incorporated
  • Act as product experts and spot new trends in the industry
  • Be the primary point of contact for all enquiries, provide quotes and artwork as requested, process orders and deliver end to end care for all accounts in your remit
  • Manages customer projects from initial brief to delivery
  • Routinely conduct external meetings with customers with a strong focus on reporting
  • Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, seeing any issues through to resolution.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Salary: £30,000
  • 23 Holiday Days + Bank Holidays
  • Eligible to join the company bonus scheme for 2024
  • Eligible to join the company Medicash scheme after 12 months in role
