Account Manager - Property
A great opportunity for an organised Account Manager with fantastic communication skills to join a team of Account Managers to look after a property portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for taking maintenance requirements for properties and commercial buildings via email and telephone and organising a tradesperson to attend the job.
Your role will be to look after the full cycle from taking the call/email to invoicing the client for the work done.
You will need to be a strong communicator, well organised, possess lots of common sense, have strong negotiation skills and have the ability to prioritse a busy workload.
To apply for the role you will have worked in a similar account manager or senior customer service role.
