At CPM, we pride ourselves on innovation, service delivery, and client satisfaction. As a leading player in our industry, we are seeking an Account Manager for a Maternity contract to help us maintain and strengthen our client relationships.

Ideal Location:? Leeds, United Kingdom, LS2

Salary:?£40-45K DOE? 

MATERNITY COVER UP TO 1 YR

Working Hours: ?Monday – Friday 9 – 5.30 (37.5 hours a week)  
 
As the Account Manager, you'll rapidly immerse yourself in understanding every facet of your client’s business, gaining an understanding of the services and performance levels they expect from us. Using this insight, coupled with your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen, you will build and maintain strong, lasting relationships.  

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the day-to-day account in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to pivot between multiple projects, strategic objectives and ‘BAU’ work
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling. 
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 
  • Understand clients’ unique needs and tailor solutions to exceed expectations. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. 
  • Managing of Account Team and close collaboration with Field Management and Operations team
  • Influence key stakeholders and decision-makers  
  • Compile commercial proposals and monitor and control budgets to meet sales and net revenue targets. 

 Requirements:  

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – comfortable and adept at managing multiple stakeholders and relationships. 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to adopt a creative or innovative approach when needed. 
  • Previous experience working as an Account Manager or similar role.   
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment.                              
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. 
  • Proven track record of consistently over-delivering against targets with demonstrated tenacity 
  • Commercial acumen, including the ability to manage forecasts, budgets and costings. 

Desired:  

  • Field sales, Agency, Grocery, Retail or FMCG experience
