Manchester Staff are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a very well-established business going through a period of significant growth. You will be joining a strong Sales and Account Management team helping to reach their short- and long-term goals.

General Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Strive exceed sales targets.
- Accountable for reporting back on performance.
- Proactively engage with customers to develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain personalised Customer SLA’s.
- Hold regular strategic reviews with clients via telephone and video conferencing.
- Successfully deliver pricing and margin enhancement strategies.
- Confidentially promote and cross-sell additional products & services.
- Work with other teams across the business to identify future opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Have previous experience in a Business-to-Business Account Management role with a proven track record of winning and developing business.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate the ability to be confident in pitching and negotiating.
- You must be a target driven individual.
- Have good time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be agile and adaptable to ever changing business needs.
