A new opportunity has come to market for a Commercial Account Handler with our independent insurance broking client based over in Tameside.

This is a nice opportunity for an Account Handler with a good grounding in commercial insurance to join a growing local organisation.

As Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing a quality support to the Account Executives with their books of business, handling renewals, midterm adjustments, new business broking, claims and any additional queries.

Our client prides itself on having a nice, friendly working environment and lovely close knit team. Free onsite parking is also available.

Requirements:

  • Good experience and grounding as Commercial Account Handler in a broking environment, able to demonstrate knowledge across a range of products.
  • A solid understanding of the UK insurance market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in a verbal and written manner.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking and driven attitude, able to work well as part of a team and also have a keen eye for detail.
  • Acturis experience is also required.
