Well respected traditional insurance broker currently require an Account Handler to join one of its growing divisions. The company have a widely recognised name in the market and are on an upward trajectory due to further investment. As Account Handler, you will be working within a friendly team, managing existing clients and ensuring a premium service is received.

The position would entail dealing with new business and existing customers mainly for Motor based risks. You will also be tasked with identifying any additional needs such as legal expenses, goods in transit or public liability insurance. You will also handle service queries, schedules, endorsements and updating any mid-term changes to cover.

It’s expected that the right candidate will ideally have a genuine interest in the insurance market and want to progress their career. Any experience gained within the general insurance sector would be advantageous such as personal lines or motor claims for example. You should also be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service and attention to detail.
