Our client who is an Insurance Broker is looking for an Account Handler to join their expanding team in the Kent office. The purpose of the role is to assist the Account Executives managing a book of Commercial business with a focus on Agriculture risks.

Main Duties:

  • Assist in managing the book of business
  • Servicing clients
  • Dealing with new and existing clients while maintaining strong relationships
  • Assist Account Executive as needed
  • Prepare and issue insurance documentation
  • Attend client visits if needed

Essential Skills Required:

  • Previous experience within a similar Account Handler role
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Insurance risks
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

  • Good organisation skills
  • Experience with Agriculture Insurance
  • Strong IT skills

What you need to know:

  • Permanent role
  • Based in Kent, TN25
  • Salary between £28,000 - £32,000
