Our client is seeking driven and motivated graduates to join their vibrant sales team as an Account Executive. Based in their beautiful Chippenham office 5 days per week, you’ll thrive on building and nurturing key client relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Offering a base salary of £24,000 pa, uncapped commission (OTB in your first-year c£10,000, top billers are earning +£100,000), and a guaranteed salary promotion after probation. You’ll also benefit from a clear progression plan, a personal training and mentor program, 25 - 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, social events, free tech, incentives and much more!

In the role of Account Executive, you'll be responsible for :

  • Taking ownership of your role, prospecting and onboarding new clients.
  • Using innovative ways of engaging with prospective clients including cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn.
  • Using data lists to expand the customer base across the south of the UK.
  • Building strong rapport with clients, thinking on your feet, and demonstrating ambition and self-motivation.
  • Working alongside a mentor to maximise your potential and accelerate your progression into an Account Manager position.

  • Experience in a client or customer service role.
  • Proven ability to handle and organise tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing hard work with a fun approach.
  • Capability to work effectively as part of a team, showcasing excellent teamwork skills.

The Role :

As an Account Executive, you’ll kickstart your career by building business relationships and offering our clients diverse solutions to prospects and existing clients. Proactively seeking new business opportunities, you’ll receive extensive training to support you in achieving personal and professional growth, with realistic promotions within 9- 18 months.
