Our client is dedicated to delivering high-quality printing solutions for their customers. As an Account Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their printing projects are executed flawlessly from start to finish.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Understanding clients' printing requirements and offering suitable solutions
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
• Handling client inquiries, quotes, and orders with professionalism and efficiency
• Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the printing process
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services

Account Executive Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the printing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
