Therole

TheroleinvolvesworkingwithintheMotorFinanceRecovery’sdepartment,mainlyassistinganexternalteamof Appointed Representatives in field based vehicle recoveries.

Main responsibilities

  • InstructingcaseloadstogeographicallyAppointedRepresentatives
  • ActingasagobetweenforLendersandtheircustomersonceacasehasbeenterminatedusinganunderstanding of FCA guidance
  • AssessingandreviewinglivecaseloadstoensureaTCFbasedresultforourlender
  • Tracingabscondedindividualsandassessingthenextstepsforacase
  • Workingwithlocallysourcedexternalrecoverycompaniesandusingskilltomanageabudgettoenableaprofitable outcome for all stake holders
  • Answeringinboundcallsandcalling/texting/emailstocustomers
  • Aspartofyourrole,youwillberesponsibleforsupportingandpromoting theQualityManagementSystemas guided by Senior Management

  • Abilitytoprioritiseandworkwellunderpressure

Wewouldlovetohearfrompeoplewithexperience inAssetRecovery,familiarwithFCAregulationsandexperience as a lender in recoveries or similar.
