Castle Colour Packaging Ltd are a leading UK Packaging Manufacturer, supplying market leaders from a range of sectors. We are searching for an experienced Account Executive to join our Customer Service team in Norwich. You will support our customers - providing information and assistance, and processing orders received. From supplying initial pricing and proofing to creating a finished Job Bag, you will take ownership of your own portfolio of accounts and develop relationships, providing the high level of Customer Service for which Castle Colour are renowned.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive and encouraging team within a fantastic organisation, with full training provided.

Responsibilities
  • Retain and manage existing customer relationships.
  • Receive customer orders/artwork/information.
  • Provide accurate information for estimating, production, reprographics, and technical departments.
  • Create Job bags for production following strict process controls.
  • Distribute accurate information internally and externally to fulfil customer requirements.
  • Customer liaison regarding price, lead-time, and delivery.
  • Stock management.
  • Critical delivery date management.
  • Raise purchase orders for raw material and outwork services.
The Person
  • Previous experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering excellent levels of care as this is very important for our brand and our customers.
  • Previous experience in a print environment would be helpful but is not essential as full training will be given.
  • A confident communicator and able to handle complex situations.
  • Strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to prioritise workload and plan effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepared to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic focused approach to work.
  • Good IT and Microsoft office skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ideally experience of New Project Development and Project Management.
