My client are a renowned experiential and events agency, collaborating with film, TV, video game, and non-endemic brands to craft innovative marketing campaigns that excel creatively and go beyond client objectives.

Role Overview: As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership to their Client Services team. Collaborating with the existing Account Director, you will deliver top-notch client services, acting as a trusted advisor and driving business growth through new opportunities and client account development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Client Services team to deliver outstanding results, ensuring client satisfaction, and exceeding KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and fostering upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality campaigns, managing client expectations, creative approval, and budget adherence.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their growth and expertise.
  • Drive a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, respect, and quality.

Requirements:

  • Multiple years' experience in a senior role within an Experiential Agency.
  • Proficiency in campaign integration with influencer marketing, social media, and OOH.
  • Demonstrated success in project delivery to high standards.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • IT & Mac literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
