Job Location: Home based with occasional travel to our St Ives Office and Client sites

About the role

We are recruiting for an experienced Account Director, to join us on a permanent basis. The role will be reporting to the Managing Director and Account Management functions, to help support our clients in their experience of our products and services.

To be successful in this role you will need to build and maintain a strong knowledge around Elogs products, services, and clients, and wider SRC solutions.  This will ensure correct  management of client plans maintain client satisfaction, and to give structure to client uplift targets. 

Key Duties:

  • Day to Day management of the Account Management team.
  • Driving performance of the business, team, and our products, operationally and strategically.
  • Managing and reporting on existing KPIs and SLAs championing new metrics to ensure visibility and increased performance.   
  • Contributing towards and influencing product roadmap for business growth & success.  
  • Using and promoting Salesforce as the tool for managing clients, contracts, and uplifts.   
  • Ensuring all relevant client billing is conducted in a timely manner at the start of each month and provided to the Accounts team. 
  • Ensuring additional business revenue is driven through the existing client base including annual contract uplifts or Cross-sales of our additional products and service lines. 
  • Working in partnership with Marketing to ensure key messages are delivered to clients. 

What you will need:

Essential

  • Experience of operating in a high-level account management function
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent relationship building & stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • The ability to think outside of the box to solve client problems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong people management skills
  • Proven experience working towards multiple conflicting deadlines whilst ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront
  • Ability to quickly grasp industry, company, product, and technical knowledge

Desired

  • Previous experience working with SaaS products
