Account Director- Creative Agency–£45,000-£60,000– Epsom, Surrey

The Role

The Creative Pulse are a small independent creative agency focused on the consumer goods sector, and we are looking to appoint an experienced Account Director to our team.

You will play a pivotal role in leading client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the success of our campaigns.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative flair, and impeccable communication skills. You will be at the forefront of developing responses to client briefs, providing strategic direction, and guiding projects from conception to completion.

If you are an experienced account management professional, with a proven track record in the FMCG industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day client-agency relationship.
  • Guiding campaigns from planning through to delivery.
  • Liaising with clients to enable efficient communication channels.
  • Troubleshooting and identifying problems.
  • Leading on new business opportunities, recommending strategic and creative solutions.

The Person

  • Always demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Experienced and confident in leading client contact across projects
  • Agency experience in FMCG and working with shopper marketing teams desirable.
  • B2B and B2C experience advantageous.
  • At least 3+ years at Account Manager level, preferably 5.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop and deliver an impactful campaign from the client brief.
  • In depth cultural understanding of target audience.
  • Excellent communications skills.
