Accommodation Placements Adviser

We require an Accommodation Placements Adviser to join our Housing Allocations Service.

Roles and Responsibilities

The main objective for the post holders is to monitor and extend commercial hotel bookings, deal with rent accounts and any social behaviour from clients. The successful candidates will be responsible for a providing a timely, comprehensive and customer focused service to applicants requiring temporary accommodation To work in partnership with letting agents, commercial hotel and other relative internal departments to effective keep on top of all extensions. Checking invoices to ensure we are paying the correct amount on invoices.
