Due to continued growth, they are looking for a contracts manager to join their team.

In this role, you will be playing a crucial part in overseeing and delivering projects. The successful candidate will be working closely with site supervisors, providing direction and support to on-site teams, whilst also managing the procurement of materials and budgets leading to the successful completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will come from an AC installation background with strong team and project management skills. You will have extensive knowledge of AC installations, whilst also having good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively across the company and when facing candidates. The candidate will also hold a relevant NVQ qualification and be F-gas certified.

The Role:

• Manage AC installations across Scotland, potentially managing multiple sites at once.
• Hold strong working relationships with site managers, providing direction & support to on-site installers and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Work alongside internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain high health and safety standards.

The Individual:

• F-Gas Certified
• NVQ or relevant Professional qualification.
• Experience managing individuals and projects successfully.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Strong working knowledge within the Air Conditioning Sector.
• Ability to negotiate and communicate at all levels.
