Exciting opening for an experienced AAT Assessor Programme Manager 0.5 to join a growing Business Finance department.

This position is for an AAT Assessor Programme Manager this role requires the Programme Manager to offer effective coaching, support, and guidance for AAT Apprentices on and off the job to achieve apprenticeship standards.

Manage a caseload of 55-75 apprentices, ensuring timely progression and successful completion of assessments and End Point Assessments.

Collaborate with the Apprenticeship Coordinator to facilitate recruitment and contribute to standards and framework development.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £16,750 - £18,500 (£33,500 - £37,000 FTE)

To be considered, suitable candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • An assessing qualifiaction
  • A relevant Degree
  • Experience teaching in a Further Education establishment
  • Experience in assessing AAT
