Randstad are currently seeking a 360 Excavator Operator, assisting with various excavation and earthmoving tasks on construction sites. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of heavy machinery, contributing to the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a 360 excavator to perform excavation, trenching, grading, and other earthmoving tasks as required.
  • Conduct pre-operation checks on the excavator to ensure it is in safe working condition.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with general labor tasks on the construction site as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid CPCS Card.
  • Proven experience operating a 360 excavator in a construction or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of excavation techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
