A primary school in Solihull (B92) is currently looking for a qualified teaching assistant to work 1:1 with an SEN child in year 3. The school aims to support education, physical and mental health, social care and help its pupils move towards independence and adulthood. They have received brilliant reports and comments from both members of staff and teachers.
Your new role

This role is for a Teaching Assistant. It is a full-time position from after Easter, 5 days a week until the end of the academic year. They are looking for a candidate who has at least a level 3 qualification in childcare, experience is preferred but not essential and personal care is not involved within the role. The child works on an EHCP (autism), so he will need support for that.
What you'll need to succeed

A successful candidate will require a Level 3 qualification in Childcare as they must be a qualified TA. The school are looking for a candidate who has a passion for their work, someone who understands SEN. The candidate must be punctual and attentive with active listening and communication skills.
