Looking for an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young children's lives? A primary school in Southampton is seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team!

As an LSA, you will work alongside the teacher to support children, providing targeted help to those who need it most. Your duties will include assisting with classroom management, helping to plan and deliver lessons, providing one-on-one support to children who require extra help, and tracking progress to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a primary school setting, and will be patient, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
