Do you have experience working on a 1:1 basis with a EYFS child? Are you looking for a full-time role to see out the academic year that will also continue on a permanent basis into the next year? Then this could be the role for you!

Role and Responsibilities:

I am working with an incredibly welcoming and friendly school who are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their strong and motivated staff team. This role is available on a specific purpose contract linked to a named pupil and so the contract will end when the child leaves the school. The role would be working with a EYFS child, under the direction of the SENCo, supporting them with their Social and Emotional well-being and speech, language and communication.

Requirements:

A successful candidate will be experienced at working with SEN children in a primary school environment and will be hard working, calm and patient with a positive outlook. They must also have a good standard of education particularly written and spoken English. The school are looking for a candidate who is able to support a child's self-esteem, inclusion and behavioural development.
