Education Supply Pool are currently recruiting a ALN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to begin work in a school based in Rhymney and its surrounding area to start after Easter.

We are looking for a candidate who is heavily experienced in the ALN 1:1 Teaching Assistant field and who is able to commit to this position dealing with challenging pupils.

The position would be needed to fill a full time (08:30 - 15:30) Monday to Friday starting after Easter Holidays.

Are you a caring and passionate person with ALN 1:1 Teacher Assistant experience?

Do you have a minimum of 12 - 24 months experience within the ALN field?

The successful candidate:

• Minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education or experience working within an education setting.
• Minimum of 12 - 18 months experience in ALN.
• Experience within ALN 1:1 Teacher Assistant.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
• Provide simulating activities whilst ensuring hygiene and safety rules.
• Be attentive to the unique needs of the student and be able to identify proper solutions when children encounter issues.
• Great communication skills to collaborate with other teachers and families when needed.
