MANUFACTURING > ROTATING SHIFT > MONDAY TO FRIDAYOur Client in the Wigan area is looking for Production Operatives to work in a busy manufacturing environment.Duties:Selection, weighing & mixing of ingredients for further processingCleaning of mixers & hoppers before and after each batchEnsuring the workplace is clean, safe & tidyAccurate recording of products produced for shift traceabilityMain duties include packing products (non-food) in a timely manner, mixing & weighing products, manual handling of boxes up to 25kg as well as some other general warehouse work as & when required.The role invoices working with powder coating and can get quite dusty (PPE provided)Personal Requirements: -Forklift licence desirable although training will be provided to successful candidates.It is essential that the candidate has previous experience of working 6-2, 2-10 & 10-6 shift pattern in a manufacturing environment.Candidates with prior experience in a similar manufacturing position essential.Candidates to have a recognised qualification in Maths & EnglishPrevious warehouse & manufacturing experience would be advantageous.Training shift pattern -8am-5pm Monday to FridayShift patterns6:00am – 2:15pm1:45pm – 10:00pmThese hours include:A 15-minute paid handoverA 15-minute paid rest breakA 30-minute paid lunch breakPay rate: £12.71ph increasing after 12 weeks to £13.71The position begins as a temporary assignment, with the possibility of longer-term employment Taskmaster Resources LTD acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers and as an employment agency for permanent recruitment**No Recruitment Fees or related costs are paid by workers for applying or accepting this role with Taskmaster**
