Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance tasks and repairs in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment.Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.Install, repair, and replace fixtures and appliances.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.Communicate with property managers and tenants as necessary. Due to yet another expansion they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician (electrical bias) on a full time , permanent basis.
