Property Manager Administrator
Job Title: Property Management Administrator Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Working Hours: 9:00am - 17:30am (Monday - Friday) Location: Battersea Profile: The Residential Administrator will report to the Residential Lead and work alongside the Residential Property Managers to deliver exceptional, consistent service to both the current and potential residents. They will also be required to work in partnership with the Head of Residential to assist with record keeping, organisation, minute taking, diary management and communications. They will act as an ambassador for the business, whether face to face, in writing or by telephone to residents, visitors and contractors at all times. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Property management team with general administrative support includingTaking minutes for meetings.Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.Creation of residents communications and newsletters.Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.Co-ordinating and Attending site jobs for contractor and residents, to support accessChasing up logged works, contractor reports and generally supporting the repairs and maintenance helpdeskHandling alterations, pet requests and other lease related admin.Monitoring and responding to comments on the Resident's App.Logging insurance claims and following through with contractors, with guidance from property managers.Assisting the Residential team with resident event planning, management and execution.Assisting the team with marketing collateral.Logging reactive maintenance enquiries and passing them onto Maintenance.Supporting and guiding the concierge team, including recording procedures to empower team members.Co-manage the Battersea helpdesk e-mail accountOther ad hoc duties as required. Skills, Knowledge and Experience At least 1 years' experience in similar administrative support role within Leasehold PropertyAbility to cope in a fast paced, high pressure environmentAbility to be flexible and work in an agile, constantly changing environmentStrong attention to detail and use of initiativeExcellent time management skills and prioritisationExceptional communication and customer service skillsTechnical skills, Including proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs If this would be of interest, please apply with your CV and Niamh will reach out to discuss further.
