A dedicated and adept bid writer is now required to support a market leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy, based flexibly out of their London office. The Bid Writer Role and Responsibilities The successful bid writer should have previous experience within the construction consultancy / property consultancy sector and have experience working on Public Sector bids and Frameworks. Further bid writer responsibilities include: Writing bid proposalsDeveloping a consistent proposal structureWriting high quality bid responsesLead strategy sessions within the proposal team and key stakeholdersRework existing/ pre-written contentGather technical input from stakeholdersEnsure branding and tone is consistent throughoutAbility to meet tight deadlinesRelevant qualificationPrevious writing experience essentialAPMP is appreciated Can consider candidates from a QS or Architect background with bid experience and wishing to transition.
