Working within the Aftersales department, this is a rare opportunity for a Technical Training Manager to support and manage all elements of technical training and technical support to customers who have purchased their product. You will deliver bespoke training packages to Technicians at the customer site which will enable them to service and maintain the machinery. Our client is looking for a Technical Training Manager who has proven ability to develop, motivate and mentor a team of service or manufacturing technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience at Supervisor/Manager level within technical and complex assembly manufacturing, or a service/refurbishment environment for passenger carrying vehicles. They are seeking Engineers who have a strong background in the bus industry and who have a strong interest in becoming a Trainer. We are also looking for experts who have training experience within the bus industry. The primary goal of this role is to elevate business development levels by providing comprehensive training, spearheading E-Learning initiatives, and ensuring impeccable technical support while maintaining a service for tracking and tracing support interactions.
