Qualifications and Experience: Educated to HNC/HND Standard (or equivalent).Excellent management experience.Must hold relevant qualification in quantity surveying (degree level preferable)Experience working within a QS capacityRelevant experience of estimating within the FM Industry.Experience of working in an SFG20 environment is desirable.Proficient IT Skills to include, Word, Powerpoint and EXCEL.

Government Tender Experience: - Bring some experience in dealing with government tenders, specifically in education, schools, and hospitals. 4.
