We are currently representing a leading Not for Profit organisation who are looking to appoint an Internal Recruiter on an initial 6 month temporary contract. Whilst the contract is full time (35 hours), candidates looking to work four days can be considered. Mainly working from home, the head office is in Worcester and there may be requirement to travel across the Midlands a couple of times a month. Duties include (but not limited to): Supporting the wider recruitment team in providing an end-to-end recruitment service to line managers across the businessOffering guidance to line managers on the wider HR team and line managers on the employment market and trendsWorking closely with both line managers and the HR team on both temporary and permanent vacanciesSupporting managers with updating job descriptions and person specificationsPreparing the induction and onboarding programme for new starters, in partnership with hiring managersEnsuring the ATS and all in-house records are maintained and updatedResponding to any queries from internal and external candidates Skills / experience required: Experience dealing with a high volume of vacanciesConfident providing feedback to line managersAbility to use an ATS to maintain recordsSound understanding of equality, diversity and inclusionAble to travel across the West Midlands for department meetings and career fairs Working pattern: Monday - Friday35 hours pwFlexible start and finish timeMainly working from home post training Please note that you require recent recruitment experience to apply for this role.
