THE ROLE OF A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Generating new business.Attracting and sourcing the best candidates for our clients through adverts, LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.Providing excellent service to all candidates.Managing and developing client relationships.Managing the interview processes for both candidates and clients.Negotiating job offers for candidates.Keeping internal systems updated with relevant client and candidate information. THE REQUIREMENTS OF A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Commercial experience, whether that’s experience working in recruitment previously, customer service / administrative background, or a graduate that’s done some paid employment alongside studying.Personable; we’re people, working with people, hiring people, so you need to be a people person!Can-do-attitude; we’re after someone with a positive mindset who’s dedicated and committed to delivering the very best service time and time again.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
