Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Monitor market trends and identify potential risks or opportunities to ensure supply chain resilience. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution. Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and delivery performance. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, preferably holding CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) qualifications. We are looking for a highly motivated Office / Purchasing Administrator to play a key role in supporting a wonderful small business that designs and imports sporting goods for a variety of big-name retailers. You will be responsible for overseeing Purchasing and Import administration as well as a variety of office administration. This is a part-time permanent role based in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The minimum hours will be 15-20 but there could be more hours available. Ideally, this would run across 3 days but this is open to discussion.
