Job Title: Property Manager Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working after settling-in period) Location: Islington Salary: £32,000-£34,000 + Commission Established for over 200 years, Chestertons is a successful London-based estate agency with over 30 branches across the capital. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Property Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of properties. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of properties with a minimum of 2 years of property management experience, delivering outstanding service to clientsDemonstrate a strong understanding of property maintenance, including knowledge of relevant legal requirements and compliance standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication and interpersonal skillsUtilize excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficientlyPay meticulous attention to detail and review quotes on behalf of clientsNegotiate deposit deductions in a fair and efficient mannerProvide expert advice to clients regarding legal noticesProficiently use property management software and tools Desired Attributes: Manage a portfolio of properties with a minimum of 2 years of property management experience, delivering outstanding service to clients Ability to remain calm under pressure and defuse complaints to prevent escalationExceptional organizational and time management skillsExperience in registering and releasing depositsExperience in serving noticesSelf-motivated and driven to succeedSelf-awareness of knowledge gaps and willingness to learn and grow within the teamDeliver excellent customer service in all interactions with colleagues and clientsPositive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team's development If you are ready for this exciting opportunity and meet the requirements above, we look forward to receiving your application.
