Project Coordinator

You’ll join an ambitious, collaborative team building specialist analytics technology for regulated industries, with values that encourage autonomy, constructive challenge and high-quality outcomes.Duties and responsibilitiesSupport the capture and documentation of client requirements (e.g., notes, user stories, acceptance criteria) under direction from the Programme Manager for agreed deliveriesAssist with process analysis and maintain client and product documentation so teams have a consistent understanding of what is neededCoordinate with delivery, sales, product and development colleagues as required, escalating risks or unclear requirements to the Programme ManagerSupport programme and project managers to ensure client communications on delivery timelines and estimates are alignedAttend client workshops (including occasional UK travel) to support information gathering, actions and follow-upsExperience and qualificationsQualificationsRelevant qualification or training (e.g., Agile fundamentals) is beneficialPRINCE2 Foundation desirable SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down client requirements and help translate them into user storiesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail across documentation and requirementsClear written and verbal communication skills, able to work with different stakeholders and summarise information in a structured wayGood organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to track actions and follow-ups across multiple stakeholdersComfortable working in changing environments and asking questions to reduce ambiguity during discovery phasesGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with MS Project or similar tools is helpfulExperience & KnowledgeSome experience supporting client delivery, account support, business analysis or project coordinationExperience working in a multi-disciplinary team and helping keep requirements, actions and documentation alignedExposure to SaaS products, configuration-led implementations or data-driven environments is beneficial, but not essentialInterest in financial services and an understanding of professional client expectations; prior sector experience is helpful but not requiredAwareness of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in business contexts (training can be provided)Understanding of Agile ways of working (e.g., sprints, backlog, stand-ups) and cross-functional collaborationBenefitsCompany perksFlexibilityHoliday TradingCycle to work schemeHealth cash planPension schemeWellness benefitsDeath in service schemeCompany cultureAs an organisation, we aren’t afraid to be ambitious.
