Customer Assistant - Customer Service Advisor Location - Stansted Airport Pay - competitive rate plus excellent benefits (4am-6am get an additional 20% premium for the unsociable hours) Contract - 24.5 hours per week, plus overtime, permanent Working pattern - 2 week rolling shift pattern between the hours of 3am-10pm Customer Service advisors have a very exciting role to play in our stores, building rapport with our customers, providing them with an enjoyable journey, sharing your knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for our luxurious products. Your responsibilities will be to: Deliver an individualised world class service experience for every customerMaximise sales opportunities using world class service skills and knowledge of products and promotionsDemonstrate positive personal behaviours and a can-do attitudeWork independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store What do you need, to be a customer assistant at World Duty Free?
