Our Spalding site has a restaurant with hot food available to all our colleagues. What you'll be doing: We are currently looking for Skilled Factory Operatives to work in our factory in Spalding. The department you may be working in are Filling, Packing or Deli. As a Skilled Factory Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring due diligence is followed and have a right first-time approach. As part of your role, you will be ensuring the team are working to their maximum potential as well as ensuring that the machinery is working consistently and correctly. You will be responsible for monitoring production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency.
