Product Manager – Tour Operator, Hybrid, 3 days in 2 days from home, £45,000 per annum + generous annual bonus + excellent benefitsCalling all Travel specialist Product, Contracting or Commercial Managers! An exciting Product Manager opportunity has now become available to join a Multi-Award-Winning Tour Operator located near Bromley.This sought after Product Manager role will see you join a long-established company and report directly to the Head of Product. The position will be responsible for managing and developing our client’s Escorted Tours, Cruise and FIT/Beach programme, along with introducing new products & building on existing product ranges to meet changing consumer demands. The successful applicant will possess product, contracting or commercial experience gained within a Tour Operator.Responsibilities:Responsible for the on-going negation, development and expansion of our client’s Beach/FIT, Escorted Tours, Cruise portfolio focusing on revenue and profit generation through strategic product management in line with company expectationsDirect responsibility for contract accuracy and completionMaintain and react to competitor analysisMaintaining excellent supplier relationships and promoting the client’s brand positivelyAnalyse market trends (both own product and industry) to propose and then develop new productsTo monitor holiday sales with the Head of Product to highlight areas / products to improve salesTo undertake overseas visit from time to time to contract hotels and to inspect destinations and servicesEnsure timely delivery of brochures in conjunction with the Head of Product and the marketing departmentCosting & Pricing: All costs/dates for assigned areas loadedEnsure all process for contracts to be loaded correctlyMarketing and Brochure:Ensure timely delivery of all brochures in conjunction with the Head of Product and the marketing departmentTeam Management:In conjunction with the Head of Product and the team, look to streamline processes and introduce good working practicesTo ensure the team is working as efficiently and productively as possible and to ensure accuracy of all material being sent out from the dept.Now Let’s talk about You:Product, Contracting or Commercial Management experience within a Tour OperatorAbility to deliver on commitments and meeting deadlinesPossess the confidence to communicate and present the company at all levels of businessThe Package & Benefits:Base salary of £45,000 per annum + Generous Annual Bonus + Excellent BenefitsPrivate pensionPrivate health cover?Gym membership?Work one month from anywhere in the worldComplimentary lunch in the office every other ThursdayComplimentary fresh fruits and essentials for breakfast?Department and company team-building dinnersLong service awards schemeAnnual leave buy and sale schemePersonal daysProfessional learning sponsorship and professional subscriptions?Life cover?Enhanced payment for maternity and paternity leave?Nursery vouchersCycle to work schemeSounds Like You?
