About the Role Key Responsibilities Provide support to the Claims Operations Manager with respect to Claims initiatives and projects.Assist in the management and utilisation of existing outsourced relationships including DCA's and expert panelsImprove the quality of data received from third parties.Oversight and analysis of KPI data received from third partiesSupport internal teams, with a focus on Actuarial, Claims, Operations and the MI team.Management and reconciliation of Loss funds - predominantly via the Vitesse platformIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve claims processes.Ability to document the processes undertaken in the Claims Operations team.Claims data entry, specifically for internally managed claims.Assist in the production of reports About you The ideal candidate will have; Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders across the businessSelf-motivated and proactive approach to tasksAbility to use initiativeCoding knowledge preferableExperience of extracting, documenting, and interpreting Management informationFlexibility in approachA good understanding of the Lloyd's claims processes and systems - including ECFGood knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of Lloyd's processes and practicesExtensive Industry experience Diversity & Inclusion Diversity and inclusion are part of the Volante DNA.
