As Regional Director you will be responsible for leading the planning team in the Norwich office, managing and leading the office and encouraging cross-working across a wider range of disciplines. The role will also involve assisting the Director of Planning in the overall management of the Planning Division as directed, and to be an ambassador for the company by winning new business and playing a prominent role in helping to develop the business. Qualifications & Experience An RTPI accredited degree or Masters in a related disciplineChartered membership of the Royal Town Planning InstituteThe ideal candidate will have a Planning degree and substantial professional experience, preferably with some experience of working in the private sector including having led on large scale schemes and projects.Appropriate experience in people management and operating at a strategic operation level.Experienced in transformational change and mentoring individuals at a more junior level.
