We produce more than 160 million units per year across 600 different product lines for customers such as Morrisons, Tesco & Asda.What you'll be doingAs Operations Controller, you will lead the operations function for the manufacturing unit (people, process and product) that delivers the required KPIs across all shifts, enabling the delivery of operational objectives to exceed customer expectations. Financial ControllerLocation: HertfordSalary: £70,000 to £100,000 bonus benefitsType: Full time, permanent A high growth, owner led business is looking to appoint a hands on Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function and build the controls, reporting, and forecasting needed for the next stage of growth. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, but can also step back and provide clear commercial insight to the Directors. You will be joining a small finance team, with support already in place, and external accountants retained for statutory reporting. The role You will take responsibility for the full monthly reporting cycle and ensure the business has accurate, timely information to make decisions confidently.
