The business is offering 4-day WFH with Monday as the office base day with flexible start time across 25 hours per week, 5 working days. About the Part Time Administrator role: The Administrator will be working with a small office-based team and reporting to the line manager who leads a larger external team. Part Time Administrative duties: Contacting residents to schedule required appointmentsInputting relevant information into the in-house databaseRescheduling any missed appointments effectivelyLiaising with the in-house surveying team regarding any reschedules and queriesManaging and manipulating data using ExcelGeneral administrative functions including emailing, electronic filing, and document managementProviding excellent customer service to a variety of clients and tenants Your requirements: Proficiency working with Excel spreadsheetsAbility to manage own workloadExcellent communicator: telephone and email management
