My client, a high-end, well-established property management company are seeking an experienced property/block manager to join their team based at their offices in South Kensington. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years' experience within a similar role. This role offers a competitive salary, annual salary reviews, Christmas bonuses, work from home flexibility available and 25 days annual holiday allowance. Responsibilities Experience and knowledge needed in managing residential blocks.Detail oriented, strong communication and organizational skills and be able to prioritise your workload.Carry out regular property inspections within the portfolio, create reports and action nay works thereafter.Liaise with contractors and arrange works.Obtain quotations for works when needed.Experience in serving Section 20 NoticesTo be familiar with Leases for properties and enforcing the covenants and ensuring that obligations are met in line with current property law.Experience of setting annual Service Charge budgetsDeal with Service Charge arrearsOverseeing insurance claim as and when required Person Specification: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within block management?Have experience of dealing with a large portfolio??Experience within the high-end residential sectorThe candidates must be computer literate.?IRPM Qualified will be an advantage.?Be able to manage their own workload.?Energetic, passionate, keen to learn and grow.?Highly organised?Good attention to detail?Good communication skills This role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Salary £38,000 - £45,000 (dependant on experience)
