SEO Manager: Overall Purpose of the role: The primary objective of the role is to increase organic search traffic. Roles and responsibilities: Plan, develop and implement the company wide SEO strategyProactively promote SEO best practice throughout the businessWork closely with our in-house teams and our PR agency to grow offsite SEO performanceCarry out competitor analysis, keyword research, content reviews and other associated researchBe hands-on with the implementation of onsite SEO tasks including designing information architecture, on-page optimisation, site audits, structured data implementation and so on.Play an integral role in the development and execution of the content strategyDefine SEO KPI frameworks and reporting processesUndertake ad hoc research/analysis/ troubleshooting when required by the businessWork closely with our inhouse development team to implement technical SEO improvementsKeep up to date with the latest trends across SEO and content marketing Skills: Strong commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise tasks based on what is best for the businessStrong project management and time management skills to ensure projects are delivered in an efficient and timely mannerThrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects to ambitious deadlinesExcel as part of a team and an organisation which values collaborationAbility to communicated technical SEO in a way that is easy to understandExcellent attention to detail is a mustCreating reports in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Analytics
