They are currently recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join them on a permanent basis to work on energy efficiency schemes in Skelmersdale. As a Tenant Liaison Officer you will develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes. You will also be responsible for booking in appointments and will manage your own diary. Duties include: Pre entry visits and company inductionsCollect tenancy agreement/approval formsVisiting tenants in their homes and to advise them on when and what work is being carried outAct as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may haveContacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with themVisiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion datesAttending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried outMonitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issuesMonitor customer satisfaction The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong and stable career within face to face customer service, ideally within Housing or Construction sectors. Resident Liaison Officer - Social Housing Planned Works Ashford based £30,000 +car allowance We are working with a leading main contractor to find an experienced, and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join their team delivering Planned Works in Social Housing in Ashford. These projects are focused on the internals of housing stock, scope of works to include kitchen and bathroom replacements and maybe some external works too. It will be your responsibility to develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes. You will prevent and limit dissatisfaction, resolve complaints and queries quickly and efficiently. This scheme is working closely with a public sector client so previous experience working for a main contractor on similar projects is ideal but not required as training given on the job. We are looking for candidates with experience on Social Housing Planned Maintenance projects.
