House Manager/ Concierge Abbatt are currently recruiting for a House Manager/ Concierge for a retirement home. This role is based on site in the retirement home in Loughton. Due to the nature of this role any applicant MUST have an IN DATE DBS Check. This is a temporary assignment that will last a few days. What the job will be doing Managing a patch of around 88 properties across three sites.Overseeing the re-letting of void properties.Overseeing tenant complaints and ensuring these are recorded according to policy.Dealing with ASB such as noise complaints and neighbour disputes.Identifying vulnerable tenants and escalating/signposting as needed to third-party agencies.Working with third-party agencies who may be supporting vulnerable tenants.
