The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the campus facilities for staff, students, and visitors. Day to Day of the role: Carry out planned and routine maintenance across the campus.Undertake maintenance and fabric repairs with a focus on mechanical and electrical assets.Conduct visual checks and inspections to ensure safety and functionality.Manage individual workload efficiently while collaborating with Technicians.Adhere to compliance standards and provide excellent customer service.Utilise IT systems, including an iPad/CAFM system, to manage assigned work effectively.
