Graphic Designer Location - Chatham Salary - £37,000 Hours - Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Support senior designers in creating print and digital artwork for various clientsWork includes, but is not limited to: POSM/Packaging artwork, 3D concept design, motion graphics, digital trade content, logo creation, catalogues, exhibition displays, ARKnowledge of studio procedures and handling fast-turnaround creative briefs in a high-pressure environmentEnsure high-quality, print-ready designs while adhering to brand guidelines and retailer requirementsCollaborate closely with internal teams and clients to translate ideas into finished designsManage multiple projects, prioritising deadlines effectively Candidate Requirements: Minimum 4 years' experience in a design environmentStrong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)3D/Animation/Motion Graphics skills an advantageExperience with 3D and motion graphics (Rhino 3D, V-Ray, Blender, Premiere, After Effects) is a plusUnderstanding of the print process and avoiding print-related issuesKnowledge of social media imagery standardsPoint-of-sale design experience preferredStrong collaboration, communication, and brainstorming skillsEnergetic, flexible, proactive, and diligent with a strong focus on quality and timely deliveryAbility to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectivelyKeen eye for detail and creativity, with experience working closely with teams and clients This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic company.
