Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Construction - Flooring - Warrington Brooklyn Recruitment currently have an exciting role available in the Warrington area for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established company who specialise in hygienic flooring. The company has a great team environment and everyone is really friendly. This role is a hybrid working position with 3 days being spent in the office and 2 at home. As Estimator / Quantity Surveyor you will be: Reading drawings.Calculating the materials required.Costing the materials.Calculating the labour costs.Submitting complete tenders.Liaising with the sales team and builders.Once competent going out to do site surveys.Other duties as required. To be suitable for the role of Estimator / Quantity Surveyor you should have experience of performing a similar role within a construction company or ideally a flooring company. You should have excellent communication, IT (including Excel) and maths skills. Applications will also be considered from candidates who have just completed a BTEC or NVQ.
