They are looking to expand nationwide by taking on experienced brokers across England/Wales. Working with this business you will start their new office in your location and they will provide you with a £30k salary, a high commission rate, a minimum of 20 pre qualified leads a month and full administration support. You will even have a say over what office space they look to set up for you. Long term you will look at taking on further brokers and administrators, and if you want you can take over that arm of the business. The Business They are a very well established firm and amongst the best reviewed brokerages in the UK. From the director starting in his spare room, they now operate all over the North of England which around 60 brokers working with them.
